Web galleries become museums !

Museums, cinemas and restaurants have closed their doors in France for more than 100 days. Since the start of the crisis last March, it has been more than 10 months in total since March 2020.

For all art lovers, the galleries have thought of a new strategy by setting up artist exhibitions. Collection of contemporary art, paintings, sculptures, paintings, everything is once again within reach of visitors, while they wait to find the Orsay Museum or the Louvre.

The supermarket gallery

800m2 spread over two floors, the Galleria Continua has opened a new exhibition space on January 20, 2021. It is in the Marais district that the artist JR, curator of the exhibition, selected artists from 5 continents. Allowed them: Ahmed Mater, Ivan Capote, Kiki Smith, Serse. A unique place where consumption and works of art come together.

In a few weeks, the Galleria Continua will once again undergo a transformation with a total exposure, in order to host a second exhibition.

AFTER by Christian Boltanski

The Marian Goodman Gallery invites Christian Boltanski for a solo exhibition for the first time. The artist expresses that he wants visitors to feel the emotions of these works. Based on light and sculpture, the exhibition is on display until March 31, 2021.

Kamel Mennour Gallery

Until April 30, 2021, come and discover the exhibition by Daniel Buren and Philippe Parreno Simultaneously, work in situ and in motion. An exhibition that connects 2 artists from the international scene that highlights the appearance and disappearance of things in the world. The forms seek to exist in this living and colorful space.
